What is the FZIP file format?
.fzip is a plugin package format used by Foxit PDF Reader to distribute and install add-on components. Structurally it is a standard ZIP archive with a renamed extension; the file begins with the standard PK magic bytes and can be extracted by any ZIP tool such as 7-Zip.
When a user double-clicks an .fzip file, the operating system routes it via file association to Foxit Reader's built-in add-on installer, which extracts the contents and installs the plugin automatically.
