What is the GOFIN file format?
Files with the .gofin extension store active documents to be filled with data by users, used by Druki Gofin software developed by Wydawnictwo Podatkowe GOFIN. Each .gofin file holds a form template together with any user-entered data. The program offers options to print a completed document or export it to PDF format.
.gofin documents have many uses and can contain such data as:
- tax return documents,
- accounting documents,
- medical and occupational health records,
- environmental protection and safety documents.
Druki Gofin offers many document templates by default and is available for Windows systems only. Users can download additional form templates from the dedicated gofin.pl online database. Beyond printing, completed documents can be exported to JPK (Jednolity Plik Kontrolny) files for Polish tax authority submissions or sent electronically via the e-Deklaracje application. .gofin is a proprietary format officially supported only by Druki Gofin software; files cannot be opened or converted by any other application.
Security & safety
RISK: LOWPassive data file - stores form field values only. No active code. Contains potentially sensitive personal and financial data (tax IDs, income figures), so treat the file as confidential.
