BLEND2 File

BLEND2 is a Blender project backup file. Blender is an open-source 3D modeling software NLEND2 file is a copy of original project file (saved with BLEND extension). How automated copies are performed is defined by the user. Each subsequent backups are saved in files with extensions BLEND1, BLEND2, and so forth. Backup copy is created automatically when the project file is saved to disk. Users can access all previous versions of the project stored in backup files.

Today Blender is available for free and is very popular – many TV and media productions are created using Blender. BLEND files and their backup copies BLEND2 are very common.
