Why convert PTMD to RBXM?
A .ptmd is built for Polytoria's Creator and describes objects the way the Polytoria engine reconstructs them, while an .rbxm is Roblox's serialized DOM of Instances. The two platforms are competitors with no shared schema, so the model has to be re-created rather than converted. People usually just want the same 3D shape usable inside Roblox Studio.
How to convert PTMD to RBXM
Export mesh, then rebuild in Roblox Studio FREE
If you can get the geometry out of Polytoria as .obj or .fbx, import it in Roblox Studio via the 3D Importer, then right-click the object and choose Save to File to write an .rbxm.
Roblox Studio (Insert / Save to File) FREE
Rebuild the model from scratch in Roblox Studio, then select it in the Explorer and use Save to File to produce the .rbxm. This is the only way to get true Roblox instances and scripts.
Blender (format bridge) OPEN-SOURCE
Use Blender to clean up any exported mesh and re-export it as .fbx or .obj, which Roblox Studio's importer accepts before you save it as .rbxm.

- No converter reads
.ptmdoutside Polytoria, so at best you transfer the raw shape, not the model logic. - Scripts, physics, joints and Polytoria-specific properties do not carry over and must be recreated in Studio.
- Textures and materials usually need to be re-applied by hand after import.
