WinImage

WinImage is a disk imaging utility for Windows developed by Gilles Vollant Software that can create, read, write, and manipulate disk image files in multiple formats. It supports floppy disk images (.ima), compressed images (.imz), VMware virtual disks (.vmdk), and its own .wil and .wlz formats. Individual files can be extracted from images or injected into them directly.
