What is Microsoft SharePoint Workspace?
Microsoft SharePoint Workspace, formerly known as Microsoft Office Groove, is a desktop collaboration application that synchronizes SharePoint document libraries to a local machine for offline access. It was included in Microsoft Office 2010 and enabled document sharing and peer-to-peer collaboration without requiring constant network connectivity. Microsoft discontinued SharePoint Workspace with the release of Office 2013.
