What is KDE Okular?
KDE Okular is a universal document viewer developed by the KDE community, supporting formats including PDF, EPUB, DjVu, XPS, and DVI. It runs primarily on Linux as part of the KDE software suite and includes annotation and bookmarking capabilities. Ports exist for Windows and macOS via the KDE on Windows project.
