UnrealEd

UnrealEd is the level and content editor bundled with Unreal Engine 2 games by Epic Games, used to build game environments and import assets. It works with Unreal Engine package formats including textures (.utx), static meshes (.usx), audio (.uax), and map files (.unr, .ut2). Developers also use it to compile UnrealScript source files (.uc) into game packages.
