Gephi

Gephi is a software created to visualize and explore all kinds of charts and networks, often used in research projects. This program enables to analyze exploratory data, create posters and maps, link analysis, network statistics, social network analysis, and biological network analysis.

Built-in rendering engine ensures that the program is very efficient, and additional plug-ins enable its expansion into additional functions. Gephi supports native file formats such as GDF, GML, NET, GEXF and many others.
