What is DjVulibre?
DjVuLibre is an open-source library and set of utilities for viewing and encoding files in the DjVu document format, which is optimized for scanned documents and books. It was developed by the DjVuLibre team as a free implementation of the format originally created at AT&T Labs. It includes a viewer, command-line tools, and browser plugins for displaying DjVu files.
