What is Crystal Tile?
CrystalTile2 is a ROM hacking utility for viewing and editing Nintendo DS game graphics files. It supports Nintendo DS proprietary binary formats including NCLR (color palettes), NSCR (screen/tilemap data), and NCGR (character/tile graphics). It is distributed through the romhacking.net utilities library.
