Why convert CSV to VCF?
Phones, email clients and mobile apps import contacts from VCF (vCard), not CSV. A plain CSV table of contacts cannot be directly added to a smartphone address book; converting to .vcf lets you import the entire contact list with a single tap or file import.
How to convert CSV to VCF
Microsoft Outlook APP
Use File > Open & Export > Import/Export to import the .csv into Contacts, then export again choosing vCard files (.vcf). Outlook creates one .vcf file per contact.

- Column headers must match standard names such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Mobile Phone for automatic field mapping; non-standard headers require manual mapping.
- Outlook exports one
.vcffile per contact rather than a single merged file; use a separate merge tool if you need one combined.vcf. - If the CSV contains accented characters, confirm it is UTF-8 encoded before importing to avoid garbled names in the vCard output.
