Why convert CRD to VCF?
VCF (vCard) is the universal contact format supported by Outlook, Apple Contacts, Android, and Gmail - the right target when migrating contacts from Windows Cardfile, a format shipped from Windows 1.0 (1985) through Windows 3.x and removed after Windows 95.

- Cardfile cards have only a title and free-text body - structured contact fields exist only if the original author used a consistent format in the body text.
- The 32-bit Windows 95/NT build of CARDFILE.EXE runs on Windows 10/11; the 16-bit Windows 3.x build does not run on 64-bit Windows.
