What is Wish?
Wish (Windowing Shell) is the standard graphical interpreter for the Tcl/Tk scripting language. It evaluates Tcl scripts and provides access to the Tk toolkit for creating cross-platform graphical user interfaces. Wish is distributed as part of the official Tcl/Tk package maintained by the Tcl Core Team.
