Weka (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) is an open-source collection of machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing tools developed at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. It provides a graphical workbench for classification, regression, clustering, and association rule learning, primarily using its native .arff data format.
