What is Webshots?
Webshots was an online photo sharing service and companion desktop application that allowed users to display photo collections as screensavers and desktop wallpapers. It used proprietary file formats including .wbc (Webshots Collection) and .wbd (Webshots Desktop) for storing photo sets. The service changed ownership several times and was eventually shut down.
