What is VTFEdit?
VTFEdit is a freeware tool for viewing, creating, and editing Valve Texture Format (VTF) image files and Valve Material Type (VMT) material definition files used in games built on Valve's Source engine. It was developed by Neil Jedrzejewski and Ryan Gregg and is widely used by Source engine modders.
