PhotoImpact X3

PhotoImpact X3 is a photo editing and graphic design application developed by Ulead Systems, which was later acquired by Corel. It provides tools for retouching photos, creating web graphics, and compositing images, positioned as a consumer-friendly alternative to Adobe Photoshop. X3 was the final version released under the Ulead brand before Corel took over the product line.
