PAQ8

PAQ8 is a high-ratio data compression program developed by Matt Mahoney as part of the PAQ series of archivers. It uses context mixing algorithms with neural network weighting to achieve compression ratios that often exceed those of mainstream tools, at the cost of very slow speed and high memory usage.
