Norton AntiVirus

Norton AntiVirus is a consumer security product developed by Symantec Corporation (now NortonLifeLock) that detects, blocks, and removes malware including viruses, spyware, and trojans. It has been one of the most widely distributed PC antivirus products since the early 1990s and incorporates real-time and cloud-assisted threat detection. The product has since been integrated into the broader Norton 360 security suite.
