What is Genecyst?
Genecyst is an early Sega Genesis/Mega Drive emulator for MS-DOS developed by Bloodlust Software in the late 1990s. It was one of the first widely used Genesis emulators and supported save states stored in its proprietary .gs1, .gs3, and .gs4 file formats.
