What is EAGLE Layout Editor?
EAGLE (Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor) is a PCB design application originally developed by CadSoft Computer that provides schematic capture and printed circuit board layout tools. It is widely used by electronics engineers and hobbyists for designing single- and multi-layer PCBs. CadSoft was acquired by Autodesk in 2016, and EAGLE is now distributed as part of Autodesk's EDA offerings.
