Avogadro

Avogadro is an open-source molecular editor and visualizer designed for use in computational chemistry, molecular modeling, bioinformatics, and materials science. It provides an interactive 3D environment for building, viewing, and analyzing molecular structures, and supports import and export of common chemical file formats. The project is cross-platform and extensible through a plugin system.
