What is Adobe Director?
Adobe Director is a multimedia platform which can be used to design applications, multimedia content or video games. It is a basic editor of the Adobe Shockwave platform. It creates files in the DCR format, and also compiles them for Microsoft Windows and OS X systems. It supports many different programming languages (JavaScript and Lingo, among others) and it is compatible with some popular graphic, audio and video files.
