What is Adobe Device Central?
Adobe Device Central was a mobile device emulation tool bundled with Adobe Creative Suite that allowed designers to preview Flash, HTML, and media content on virtual mobile device profiles. It maintained a database of handset specifications and screen characteristics to simulate how content would render on real devices. Adobe discontinued the product as Flash support on mobile declined.
