ActiveWords

ActiveWords is a Windows keyboard productivity utility developed by ActiveWord Systems, Inc. that lets users assign short text triggers to actions such as launching applications, opening URLs, sending email, or inserting boilerplate text. It runs in the background and intercepts typed shortcuts system-wide.
