Why convert PES to PDF?
A PES file stores needle paths, thread colors, and machine commands, not a printable document. Exporting to PDF creates a reference sheet showing the rendered design, stitch count, and thread color sequence - useful for client approvals, project planning, or a hooping template when printed at actual size.

About these formats

- This is a print operation, not a format conversion - PDF cannot store stitch data; the output is a rendered image of the design and metadata on a page.
- Printing at 100% scale produces a true-size hooping template you can place under your fabric to check placement before sewing.
- The thread color sequence (stop order) appears in the PDF if the software displays it alongside the design preview.
