Why convert OBB to ISO?
An OBB (APK Expansion File) is a blob of game assets - textures, audio, level files - that Android reads from /Android/obb/<package>/ at runtime. An .iso is a sector-by-sector copy of an optical disc with a complete filesystem (ISO 9660 or UDF). The two have nothing in common in purpose or structure, and no source material in an OBB could produce a disc image.

- Any online tool claiming to convert OBB to ISO does not work; the conversion is undefined.
