Why convert OBB to APK?
An APK contains compiled DEX bytecode, the app manifest, and core resources - it is what Android installs and executes. An OBB (APK Expansion File), introduced in 2012 to bypass the 50 MB Play Store cap, holds large asset data that the already-installed app reads at runtime. Converting OBB to APK would be like converting a movie's subtitle file into the movie player.
