Why convert ICS to PST?
ICS (RFC 5545) is a plain-text calendar format. A PST (Personal Storage Table) is a proprietary binary mailbox container introduced with Microsoft Outlook 97 that Outlook manages internally to hold an entire mailbox - emails, contacts, calendar items, and notes. You do not create a PST from a calendar file; Outlook adds imported calendar events to its existing PST as a side effect of the standard ICS import, making a separate converter unnecessary and meaningless.
How to convert ICS to PST
Microsoft Outlook APP
Go to File > Open & Export > Import an iCalendar (.ics) file - Outlook adds the events to your calendar and stores them in your existing PST automatically.
Birdie vCalendar / iCalendar Importer APP
Use Birdie vCalendar / iCalendar Importer to bring .ics calendar data into Outlook, where it is stored in your existing mailbox data file.
