Why convert BIN to MDF?
MDF stores the same raw disc data as BIN but adds an Alcohol 120% proprietary header, paired with a companion .mds descriptor the same way BIN uses a .cue. Alcohol 120% is a disc tool from the early 2000s that has seen no meaningful development in years, and MDF is not preferred by any current software over ISO or BIN/CUE.
How to convert BIN to MDF

Use Tools > Convert in PowerISO to convert the BIN/CUE pair to ISO - the practical modern target rather than MDF.

Select the .cue file in AnyToISO and output as ISO for broad compatibility with modern tools.
