TYP ファイル形式とは？

.typ ファイルは、オープンソースのマークアップベースの組版システムである Typst のソースドキュメントです。プレーンテキストとともに、完成したドキュメントの見た目を記述する Typst マークアップが保持されています。このファイルに対して Typst コンパイラを実行すると、.pdf などのフォーマットされた出力が生成されます。

Typst は Laurenz Mädje 氏と Martin Haug 氏によって作成され、2023年3月に公開されました。LaTeX に代わる、より簡単な構文を求めるエッセイ、科学論文、書籍、レポートの執筆者を対象としています。ファイルは UTF-8 テキストであり、メディアタイプ text/vnd.typst を持ちます。内部では、Typst は3つのモードを混在させています。散文マークアップ、$ 記号で囲まれた数式、そして変数や関数のために # で導入されるスクリプトモードです。ファイルは他の .typ モジュールをインポートできるため、大規模なプロジェクトは通常、1つのメインエントリポイントを持つソースの小さなツリー構造になります。

A .typ file is plain UTF-8 text and carries no embedded executable code that runs on its own. Typst markup can include scripting in code mode, but that logic only runs inside the Typst compiler during document layout and has no access to your system in the way a macro-enabled office document does. As with any source file, only compile documents from sources you trust, since scripts could reference external packages or assets.
