Vad är filformatet TYP?
En .typ-fil är ett källdokument för Typst, ett öppen källkod-baserat och markup-baserat typsättningssystem. Den innehåller klartext tillsammans med Typst-markup som beskriver hur det färdiga dokumentet ska se ut. När du kör Typst-kompilatorn på filen skapar den en formaterad utdata såsom en .pdf.
Typst skapades av Laurenz Mädje och Martin Haug och släpptes offentligt i mars 2023. Det riktar sig till skribenter av essäer, vetenskapliga artiklar, böcker och rapporter som vill ha ett alternativ till LaTeX med en enklare syntax. Filen är UTF-8-text och bär medietypen text/vnd.typst. Inuti blandar Typst tre lägen: prosa-markup, matematik mellan $-tecken och ett skriptläge som introduceras med # för variabler och funktioner. Filer kan importera andra .typ-moduler, så ett större projekt är vanligtvis ett litet träd av källfiler med en huvudingångspunkt.
Säkerhet & trygghet
RISK: LOWA .typ file is plain UTF-8 text and carries no embedded executable code that runs on its own. Typst markup can include scripting in code mode, but that logic only runs inside the Typst compiler during document layout and has no access to your system in the way a macro-enabled office document does. As with any source file, only compile documents from sources you trust, since scripts could reference external packages or assets.

Nej. Båda är textbaserade källfiler för typsättning, men Typst använder sin egen syntax och kompilator. Den behöver ingen ingress (preamble) och har inbyggda funktioner för bibliografier som LaTeX hanterar via paket.
Kan jag redigera en .typ-fil utan att installera något?

Är .typ-filer säkra att öppna?
Ja för läsning. De är klartext utan själv-exekverande kod. Typst-skript körs endast inuti kompilatorn när du bygger dokumentet, så hantera okända källor med normal försiktighet.
Varför öppnas inte min .typ-fil i Microsoft Word?
Word förstår inte Typst-markup. Öppna filen i Typst eller en textredigerare, eller använd Pandoc för att konvertera den till ett format som Word läser, såsom
