¿Qué es el formato de archivo TYP?
Un archivo .typ es un documento fuente para Typst, un sistema de composición tipográfica de código abierto basado en marcado. Contiene texto plano junto con el marcado de Typst que describe cómo debe verse el documento final. Cuando ejecuta el compilador de Typst en el archivo, este produce una salida formateada como un .pdf.
Typst fue creado por Laurenz Mädje y Martin Haug y lanzado públicamente en marzo de 2023. Está dirigido a escritores de ensayos, artículos científicos, libros e informes que buscan una alternativa a LaTeX con una sintaxis más sencilla. El archivo es texto UTF-8 y lleva el tipo de medio text/vnd.typst. En su interior, Typst mezcla tres modos: marcado de prosa, matemáticas entre signos $ y un modo de scripting introducido con # para variables y funciones. Los archivos pueden importar otros módulos .typ, por lo que un proyecto más grande suele ser un pequeño árbol de fuentes con un punto de entrada principal.
Seguridad y protección
RIESGO: LOWA .typ file is plain UTF-8 text and carries no embedded executable code that runs on its own. Typst markup can include scripting in code mode, but that logic only runs inside the Typst compiler during document layout and has no access to your system in the way a macro-enabled office document does. As with any source file, only compile documents from sources you trust, since scripts could reference external packages or assets.
