Why convert ZI to Z02?
A .zi file is a standard ZIP archive whose extension was changed; the bytes start with the PK signature of a normal ZIP. A .z02 is a raw volume fragment of a larger split ZIP spread across multiple files (.z01, .z02, ... .zip) and has no independent meaning. Producing a .z02 from a .zi would mean splitting an archive into size-limited parts - a packaging step, not a format conversion.
How to convert ZI to Z02

Rename the .zi file to .zip and open it in WinZip to extract the contents; use WinZip's split-archive feature only if size-limited storage genuinely requires it.
