Why convert RDF to PDF?
An .rdf file (RDF/XML) stores a graph of subject-predicate-object triples - data with no page content, no paragraphs, and no visual layout that corresponds to a .pdf page. Printing the XML serialization to PDF gives you a code listing that no PDF reader or tool can reconstruct as an RDF graph.
How to convert RDF to PDF
Apache Jena (ARQ) to CSV then PDF OPEN-SOURCE
Query the RDF graph with a SPARQL SELECT using arq --results CSV, open the result in a spreadsheet, and save as PDF - producing actual data in a readable layout.
Protege + WIDOCO FREE
Open the .rdf ontology in Protege and use WIDOCO to generate an HTML documentation report from the OWL/RDF ontology, then print or save that HTML to PDF.
VS Code or Notepad++ FREE
Open the .rdf file with syntax highlighting and use File > Print > Save to PDF for a readable XML listing - useful for code review, not for data use.

- Any 'RDF to PDF' output is only a printout of the XML text - no PDF reader can reconstruct the RDF graph from it.
- For a meaningful output, query the graph first with SPARQL and convert the result table to PDF, not the raw RDF file.
- For OWL ontologies, WIDOCO generates proper HTML documentation from the
.rdffile, which can then be saved as PDF.
