Why convert EML to JPG?
An EML file is defined by RFC 5322 as structured plain text: message headers, a MIME body (text and/or HTML), and optionally Base64-encoded attachments. A JPG holds a grid of compressed pixels. An email has no pixel dimensions or image data; any tool claiming to convert it takes a screenshot of the rendered message, discarding all searchable text, headers, and metadata.
