Why convert AMR to TXT?
AMR (Adaptive Multi-Rate) stores speech as a sequence of compressed audio frames adopted by 3GPP in 1999, with a binary header followed entirely by codec data. A .TXT file is plain human-readable text. The two formats share no structure or content type - going from AMR to text is a transcription task requiring speech recognition, not a format conversion.

- Do not upload recordings containing sensitive personal information to third-party transcription services.
- Renaming the
.amrfile to.txtchanges only the extension - the content remains binary audio data that no text editor can read meaningfully.
