Why convert SIG to PDF?
A .sig exists solely to let GnuPG verify that a specific file is authentic and unchanged; its contents are cryptographic metadata (defined in RFC 4880), not human-readable document content. A PDF converter has nothing to render.
How to convert SIG to PDF
GnuPG OPEN-SOURCE
To use a .sig correctly, run gpg --verify file.sig file after importing the publisher's public key; Gpg4win on Windows provides a GUI (Kleopatra) for the same task.
Adobe Acrobat APP
If you need a PDF that carries an embedded digital signature, use Adobe Acrobat Pro's signature tools - this is an X.509/PKI workflow entirely unrelated to .sig files.
About these formats
A SIG file is a small companion file that proves a download (such as an installer or ISO) is authentic and untampered. It contains a cryptographic OpenPGP signature, not readable content.…

.sigholds only OpenPGP cryptographic metadata; there is no document content to render, so no converter can produce a meaningful PDF from it. - Verifying a download with a
.sigrequires GnuPG and the publisher's public key, not a PDF conversion. - Adding a digital signature inside a PDF is a separate workflow using Adobe Acrobat or LibreOffice and does not involve
.sigfiles.
