CR2 is Canon's raw format tied to Canon sensors and MakerNotes; you cannot turn an Olympus ORF into a Canon CR2 (or NEF/ARW). To leave the Olympus ecosystem with the raw intact, convert to DNG instead. The DB cr2/nef/arw pairings are noise.
