Convert MSWMM to WLMP

Can you convert MSWMM to WLMP?
QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert MSWMM to WLMP?
No - not a direct conversion.

.wlmp is the NEWER Windows Live Movie Maker project format; .mswmm is the older predecessor. The classic editor doesn't save to .wlmp and converting one project format to another wouldn't give you a video anyway. DB pairs mswmm->wlmp (count 1) - not a meaningful conversion.
