Why convert CFG to PDF?
A CFG file is a settings container that tells a program how to behave; it has no paragraphs, no layout, and no visual content. .pdf is a page-description format built around visual layout and document structure. There is no schema that maps CFG settings to PDF, and the output would be nothing more than unformatted raw text with no document value.
