Why convert ASPX to JPG?
ASP.NET servers can stream any file type to a browser. When the server omits the correct Content-Disposition filename header, the browser saves the response as .aspx. The image data is intact inside the file - only the extension is wrong. A real .aspx source file is program code with no image content.
