Why convert ACCDB to DBF?
DBF (dBASE) is a decades-old flat-table format still required by some legacy GIS software, accounting systems, and data import pipelines. If a system only accepts DBF input, exporting the relevant table from an ACCDB database is the standard path. DBF stores only a single flat table per file, so a multi-table database requires multiple export steps.

Microsoft Access APP
Click the target table, go to External Data > Export > More > dBASE File, choose a destination folder and file name, then click OK. Repeat for each table.

- DBF stores one flat table per file - a multi-table Access database requires a separate
.dbfexport for each table. - DBF field names are limited to 10 characters; Access truncates longer column names automatically, which can cause conflicts if two columns share the same first 10 characters.
- ACCDB-specific field types - multivalued fields, attachment fields, and calculated fields - do not have DBF equivalents and will be dropped or cause errors.
