Why convert XSD to XML?
XSD (XML Schema Definition, introduced as a W3C Recommendation in 2001) is a schema language describing what a valid XML data document may contain - which elements exist, in what order, and with what data types. It is itself written in XML, but serves a fundamentally different purpose from an XML data file. The two cannot be meaningfully converted into each other.

.xsdfile opens normally in any XML editor or text editor - no conversion is needed to read it. - If you need to check whether an XML data file conforms to the schema, use an XML validator, not a converter.
- Automated file-extension databases generate XSD-to-XML pairings by name similarity without verifying that a meaningful operation exists; no real file-format converter for this pair exists.
