Why convert XMIND to XLSX?
An XMIND file stores topics and subtopics as a branching tree (JSON or XML inside a ZIP package). An .xlsx workbook is built around a flat grid of rows and columns. A mind map has no row or column addresses; forcing it into Excel cells produces only an indented list that functions as neither a mind map nor a real table.
