Why convert VCF to PST?
PST is Microsoft Outlook's proprietary data store holding mail, contacts, calendar events, and tasks. The typical reason is migration: you have an address book from a phone, Google Contacts, or another client as a .vcf and want those contacts in Outlook's local data store. A secondary reason is backup - after importing, export a .pst to archive contacts alongside email and calendar data in one file.
