Yes - PLOTDOC converts to MP4.

Plotagon animations are exported to .mp4 from inside Plotagon Studio, not by a file converter. The catch: .plotdoc is the old format, replaced by binary .plot, and current Plotagon Studio can no longer open legacy .plotdoc files - so in practice you can only export to MP4 if the project is (or gets migrated to) a .plot project.
