No - not a direct conversion.

This conversion is not possible. Microsoft Wallet and the .mswallet format were discontinued in 2019 when Windows 10 Mobile reached end of life. Even before shutdown, PKPASS and MSWALLET served separate, incompatible ecosystems with different pass data, signature schemes, and image layouts.
