Why convert LOCKER to 7Z?
.locker is NordLocker's encrypted, proprietary archive that only NordLocker can decrypt, whereas .7z is 7-Zip's open compression format - the two are unrelated, so the only bridge is exporting the decrypted files and re-archiving them.
How to convert LOCKER to 7Z
NordLocker (open and export) FREE
Open the .locker in NordLocker (Windows: File > Open locker; macOS: File > Open) with your password, then use Export to save the decrypted files to your device.
7-Zip (create .7z) OPEN-SOURCE
Select the exported files in Explorer, right-click and choose 7-Zip > Add to archive..., set Archive format to 7z, and optionally add a password with AES-256.
